This L-shaped studio on the Upper West Side was gut renovated to create a hotel-like modern apartment for a young couple in 2013.

The program called for efficient storage, as well as creating open flow space with designed areas such as the more private dressing room, and a hidden nook for the cat. The scope of work included a new custom kitchen, bathroom and built-in home office.
