2-HOUR CONSULT.
All our engagements begin with a 2 Hour Consultation. During our session, you will sit down with Ksenia and really get to the heart of what you’re after — not just in terms of the room(s) you’re looking to tackle, but really honing in on what you’re looking to achieve from both a practical and emotive perspective. You will leave the session with a clear head and practical ideas as to how this can best be achieved.
Should you be ready to move forward, Ksenia and her team will provide you with a detailed proposal, outlining how your vision can be achieved, catering to a range of project scopes and budgets.
DESIGN-ONLY ADVISORY.
If you’re looking to action your 2-Hour Consult, but mindful of a constrained budget, our Design-Only Advisory is for you. Building on your original proposal, Ksenia and her team will equip you with the the tools and designs to enact your vision, leaving you to execute on the project yourself.
This includes an in-person consultation with Ksenia; direction on how to have your room(s) measured and, spaces drawn in detail by your designer; mood / concept board; a detailed furniture plan, including lighting / electrics; elevations and sketches of the final design concept; detailed tender documents to get quotes from builders.
FULL-SERVICE CONTRACT.
Short on time, or no prior experience in project managing a home renovation? Our Full-Service Contract is for you. Designed to take the headache out of execution, the idea is to give you the peace of mind that your project will turns out exactly as envisaged – as well as importantly, on budget and on time.
Working transparently with the owners, Ksenia and her team will be on site and on hand to ensure all sourcing, purchasing, construction and installation run smoothly. Clear communication and regular project updates ensure the best results.
